To commemorate Mother’s Day at #3aMalta, we opted to distribute customized jewelry bags bearing the names of our employees. We deeply appreciate mothers as the cornerstone of our families and the guiding light in our lives.
On Thursday 2nd May, our team embarked on a delightful excursion to Gozo, the sister island, transforming into tourists for the day. An enchanting Maltese vintage bus transported us nostalgically to Cirkewwa, where we boarded the ferry. Our initial stop was the crafts village of Ta’ Dbiegi, We enjoyed a revitalizing coffee break at a specialty coffee shop.
We then delved into the esteemed local culinary enterprise, Magro Bros, observing and experiencing the tomato goods manufacturing process and indulging in the delectable offerings from Savina, renowned for its local delicacies. For lunch, we treated ourselves at the family-owned Ta’ Mena Winery, where we
discovered the art of olive pressing and wine-making precedes savoring locally crafted platters and delicious ftiras in the captivating underground wine cellars. These culinary delights are perfectly complemented by Ta’ Mena’s exceptional wines and liqueurs.
The day ended with a delightful ice cream treat at the base of the Cittadella, followed by our team’s return to Malta aboard a charming vintage bus. This experience was truly enjoyable, bringing our team closer together as we conversed and strengthened our bonds throughout the day.
