This year our company, once again participated in an initiative organised by the Foodbank Lifeline Foundation called ‘Reverse Advent Calendar’. Our team members managed to bring food to be distributed to those people in need. It’s an opportunity to teach ourselves and the community that giving something back can truly help people in need.
As per usual, this year 3a Malta held its annual Employee of the Year competition, where team members nominated and voted for their outstanding colleagues.
Christopher Caruana, part of the Payroll Team, emerged as the winner for this year’s award, acknowledged for exceptional performance throughout the year by the team and management. Christopher, who joined the company in 2019, was honoured at the 3a Malta Christmas Party for his exemplary professionalism and noteworthy contributions.
