I’ve had the pleasure of working at 3A Malta for the past five years, and it’s been an incredible journey. Starting in the payroll department as a Senior Associate, I’ve had the opportunity to grow and was honored to be promoted to Payroll Manager in 2025, now leading a dedicated payroll team of three.

One of the things I appreciate most about working at 3A Malta is the excellent work-life balance. The flexibility to work remotely has allowed me to manage both professional and personal commitments effectively. The company genuinely values employee well-being and fosters a culture where individual growth and team collaboration thrive.
