After graduating from University, I had always wanted to work with a small to medium sized auditing firm. Working with 3a has in fact proved to be very rewarding. Since joining way back in 2015, I was given the opportunity to gain a wide range of knowledge on my area of specialization, as well as other areas in our profession.

I was always one to give my best at work, and for this, I was recognized and appreciated, not just by my Managers, but by the Board of Directors themselves. The encouragement, reassurance and guidance received from my employers, as well as my fellow colleagues, is one I truly treasure.

Family-friendly measures such as remote working and flexi-time, have always been at the heart of 3a, and I could truly appreciate how beneficial these measures are, when I became a parent myself. The team at 3a has indeed become my second family.
