I started my journey at 3a as a freshly graduated lawyer back in 2017 and I can say that my journey with the firm during the past 8 years has been one of continuous professional and personal growth. Throughout my time here, I have been given opportunities to assist our clients and to develop within various areas of specialization, such as corporate and tax law matters, on a daily basis. As a lawyer employed with a firm that primarily provides accountancy and audit services, I can say that my professional input regarding client matters has always been valued and this shows 3a’s commitment to giving their clients an all-round quality service that is customized to their needs. I was also encouraged to further my academic background by enrolling into various courses, including a specialized Masters course and a course on taxation and provided with full support to successfully complete these through study leave and flexible working time.

Although the nature of our work can be very fast-paced and demanding at times, we have always managed to undertake and overcome any challenges that come our way through teamwork and by fostering a family-like atmosphere
