Joining 3a Malta as an expatriate has been an enriching experience. From the very beginning, I felt welcomed and supported, making the transition to a new country and work environment smooth and enjoyable. One of the things I appreciate most is the flexible work arrangements, which allow me to effectively manage my workload while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
